In order to accommodate the many facilities requests we receive, and enter them on our Main Calendar we need each request to be submitted in writing. Please complete the attached form for each events. Include
- Time and date
- Specific room requests
- Resource requests such as nursery and/or security
- Staff support - advertising, room set-up, meals or refreshments
- Contact person's name, email and phone
- Recurring events date range
It is also important that offsite events have a form so that we can avoid scheduling conflicts between events.
